How long does it take to plan my trip?
Great travel takes time—and thoughtful planning can’t be rushed.
Custom itineraries typically take 2–4 weeks to create, depending on the complexity of your trip. To keep everything on track, it’s important that we work together in a timely manner. I kindly ask that you respond to messages within 48 hours so we can secure the best options and move your plans forward smoothly.
When should I begin planning my trip?
It’s never too early to start planning, but it can be too late.
For that reason, I don’t accept last-minute requests within a 2-week travel date.
For most curated travel, plan to start 3-6 months in advance. For peak times like spring break or the holidays, 6–12 months is ideal. Planning a safari or destination wedding? Start 12–18 months ahead to secure the best options.
